退款政策

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at prettyfancynow.store@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return shipping address found on the return shipping label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants; custom or personalized products made to order; personal care items including beauty and grooming products; as well as any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For the safety and hygiene of our clients, we are unable to accept returns on jewelry, swimwear, underwear, or lingerie. We kindly encourage you to reach out to our client care team should you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item prior to initiating a return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and/or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns requested due to reasons such as "no longer wanted" or "ordered the wrong item" will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No Refund Policy for Tips to Agents

At PrettyFancyNow, Inc we value transparency and a seamless shopping experience. This policy explains how tips and voluntary gratuities are handled when submitted during checkout or through any payment channel associated with our store or our support agents.

Tips Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable

Any tip or voluntary gratuity added to an order or provided directly to an agent is considered final and non-refundable.
Once submitted, tips cannot be:

  • Refunded

  • Reversed

  • Credited to another order

  • Modified or reduced

Please review your payment carefully before completing checkout.

Tips Are Not a Service Fee

Tips are completely optional and are not required to receive assistance or complete an order. Tipping does not:

  • Guarantee faster service

  • Influence the outcome of support

  • Provide additional services

  • Impact return or exchange eligibility

All customers receive the same level of service regardless of whether a tip is given.

Chargebacks and Tip Disputes

Attempting to dispute or charge back a voluntary tip may result in:

  • Delayed processing of your claim

  • Account review

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor confirming the tip was voluntary and non-refundable

We reserve the right to protect our business and agents from fraudulent or improper chargeback attempts.

Acknowledgment

By submitting a payment that includes a tip, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The tip was voluntary

  • You understand it is non-refundable

  • You accept the terms outlined in this policy

Allergy & Product Sensitivity Disclaimer

PrettyFancyNow, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, injuries, or adverse effects that may result from the use, wear, or handling of any products sold through our store, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, jewelry, or materials supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge and agree that individual reactions may vary based on personal sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions. PrettyFancyNow, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product suitability for individuals with specific allergies or sensitivities.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, materials, and care information prior to purchase and use. PrettyFancyNow, Inc. shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, medical expenses, or complaints arising from allergic reactions or product sensitivities.
